Absolutely. Partners are encouraged to attend every session and play an active role throughout pregnancy and birth. They will learn practical techniques to provide physical, emotional, and advocacy support during labour.
Most parents begin classes during the second trimester, although you can start at any stage of pregnancy. Beginning earlier provides more time to learn, practise techniques, and prepare confidently for birth.
